U.S. EB-5 Investment in $USD Since 2008
According to IIUSA
USCIS administers the EB-5 Program which has raised over $18.5 Billion USD in the United States. The program has helped entrepreneurs raise foreign funding for regional economic development resulting in U.S. job creation. While the majority of investment has come from mainland China, countries like Canada, Japan, Venezuela, Brazil are on the rise. Our goal is to facilitate access to the program for all developers through EB-5 investment expertise, due diligence and management.
We are a USCIS approved Regional Center with our main office in San Diego, CA. As EB-5 Regional Center owners our strong suit is identifying, vetting and managing real estate development projects for investment by foreign investors as part of their EB-5 Visa investment and application.
The EB-5 Visa is the 5th category of Employment Based Visa the US Government offers. The Category has existed since 1990 and involves foreign investors receiving an immigration benefit, a permanent green card in exchange for making an at risk investment in a US business or project.
As a an EB-5 Regional Center we are able to sponsor your project to assist in bringing EB-5 investment to your capital stack. We also work with several partners to provide complimentary financing tools such a C-PACE finacing and Structured Debt to complete your project's capital stack.
